Adrianna Gonzalez, Mathematics Specialist & Instructional Coach
Adrianna Gonzalez is an experienced mathematics educator and consultant with over 20 years in education, including 12 years as a classroom teacher and extensive leadership roles across major school districts. She brings deep expertise in the progression of mathematical learning, helping students build strong conceptual understanding that leads to procedural fluency and long-term success.
Adrianna currently serves as a Mathematics Consultant, partnering with districts such as Cherry Creek, Denver Public Schools, Aurora Public Schools, and Pueblo District 60. Her work focuses on aligning instruction to standards, strengthening curriculum implementation, and supporting both students and educators in achieving measurable academic outcomes.
She is highly skilled in identifying students’ strengths and leveraging them to accelerate growth, while embedding culturally responsive and asset-based practices into instruction. In addition to her work with students, Adrianna is a seasoned instructional coach who supports teachers and school leaders through research-based coaching cycles, professional development, and reflective practice.
Adrianna holds a Principal Licensure from Western Colorado University, a Master’s degree in Linguistically Diverse Education from Regis University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wyoming. Her diverse background also includes international teaching experience in Colombia, further enriching her approach to equitable and inclusive mathematics instruction.
At LJC Learning, Adrianna will bring this same level of expertise into personalized 1:1 instruction, working closely with students to build confidence, deepen conceptual understanding, and strengthen problem-solving skills. Through targeted, data-informed sessions, she will meet each student where they are and create a clear path for growth—ensuring students not only improve in math, but also develop the skills and mindset needed for long-term academic success.
